Virtual Fall Activities

Updated September 2022

Fall is definitely my favorite season. I love the cooler air, cozy candles, and pumpkins. These past years have definitely different, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t still have Fall fun at home. Here are some fun virtual Fall activities:

  • Virtual corn maze: Navigate your way through this really awesome corn maze from home. The maze is really located in Edmonton, Canada.
  • Decorate pumpkins at home: You can totally make it a Zoom event, too! You’ll just need some pumpkins (real or faux), and some decorating or carving tools. Here are some cool pumpkin decorations.
  • Bake some pumpkin treats at home: Enjoy a date night or family fun night by baking pumpkin spice desserts. Even make it a FaceTime party. Here’s a pumpkin cake mix for under $2.
  • Spooky tour: Take a virtual tour of the well-known ‘haunted’ Winchester Mystery house here.
  • Virtual Ghost Walk: The Museum on Main in the city of Pleasanton, CA hosts a fun, annual ghost walk. They also offer it virtually – yay! Details here.
  • Online Haunted Mansion Escape Room Mystery: Have fun and enjoy spooky puzzles here.
  • Fall photos: Dress for Fall and snap some photos. For fun, add a pumpkin patch backdrop to your photo.
  • Paint pumpkins at home: Have fun painting at a virtual paint and sip party! Pinot’s Palette offers virtual events.
  • Virtual Pumpkin Patch Tour: Learn lots about the different varieties of pumpkins in this great virtual tour.
  • Zoom costume party: Dress up in your Halloween costumes (inexpensive costume ideas here) to show your family and friends via Zoom.
  • Watch and learn from a pro pumpkin carver: Airbnb is offering virtual experiences, and one is learning from a pro pumpkin carver.
